The Polyaniline-sulfuric acid-glucose oxidase (PANI-H2SO4-GOD) electrode has been investigated in the present work.Platinum electrode was used for the synthesis of Polyaniline-sulfuric acid (PANI-H2SO4) film using Potentiometric method with 0.2 M Headers/IDC aniline, 1.0 M H2SO4 solution, 1.

0 pH and 1 mA/cm2 applied current density. The synthesized PANI-H2SO4 films were characterized by electrochemical technique, electrical conductivity, UV-visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning Bath Mats electron microscopy (SEM).Then GOD was immobilized on synthesized PANI-H2SO4 film by cross-linking via glutaraldehyde in phosphate and acetate buffer. The sensitivity of PANI-H2SO4-GOD electrode in phosphate and acetate buffer has been recorded.

It was found that the phosphate buffer gives fast response as compared to acetate buffer in Potentiometric measurements.
